Sarah Seo - Policing the Open Road
Sarah A. Seo is Professor of Law at NYU, where she teaches criminal law. She clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
In her book "Policing the Open Road: How Cars Transformed American Freedom" (Harvard University Press, 2021), she explores the history of cars and crime and how they are linked together.
